Bishopstone Ladies.  
Meet on the 3rd Wednesday in the month at 7.30pm.

Meet on Wednesdays in the Coombe Bissett Village Hall.

Chalke Valley Flower Club.  
Meets on the 4th Wednesday in each month at 7.30pm in Broadchalke Village Hall.

Meets on Thursday evenings at Broadchalke Village Hall. (Currently no groups are running)

         LOCAL HEATING OIL PURCHASE SCHEME

For some years a group purchase scheme for domestic heating oil has been established in the village. Originally this was run by Mr Ken Lorrain and later by Mr Lovell-Butt.  It is presently operated through Minster Fuels of West Moors telephone 01202 897771.  The company does a delivery to the whole village three time a year and they pass on some of the savings made by way of efficient delivery. If you wish to be included in the scheme or enquire about prices, please contact Minster Fuels directly.

This Internet web site was originally designed by James R C Smith from Bishopstone as a school project and is a useful means of communication both within the village and beyond.

The name of the site 'www.bishopstone-salisbury.co.uk' was chosen to avoid confusion with the 'other' Bishopstone in the north of the county.
