Department. Details can be found at Each month our Parish Steward, Andy Roper, spends a day in Bishopstone working on highways jobs. The work includes road sign cleaning, clearing of small ditches, repair of handrails, removal of noxious weeds and clearance of overgrown roads and footways. Major work that Andy identifies, but cannot tackle, is reported to the Wiltshire County Council office in Wilton.
