S/2011/1188.  Briar Cottage, The Cross, Bishopstone.  Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and the construction of a new two storey dwelling and double garage.
BPC:  Supported.
WC:  Approved subject to conditions.

S/2011/1626.  Throopedown House, Blandford Road. Demolition of existing garage and erection of 2 bay garage and lockable store with storage space in loft area. 
BPC: Supported, subject to a condition being imposed that the building should not be used as a separate dwelling or holiday home.
WC: Approved, subject to the condition proposed by BPC.
S/2011/1644.  Croucheston Farm, The Cross, Bishopstone.  Refurbishment of existing outbuilding, including replacement roof and installation of boiler and flue.
BPC: Supported as regards the main proposal, but with objection to the demolition of a small ancillary building.
WC: Approved.

S/2012/234.  Drove Farm, Croucheston.  Application to vary the condition to use obscured glass in first floor windows on the north side to enable the use of obscure film attached to the glass.

BPC: Objection on the grounds that film could be removed in future.
WC: Approved.

S/2012/337.  Faulston Farmhouse, Faulstone Lane.  Demolition of lean to outbuilding and erection of conservatory and refurbishment of adjoining barn.
BPC: No objection subject to a condition limiting the use of the barn so that it cannot be used as residential accommodation.
WC: Approved.

S/2012/462.  The Cottage, Pitts Lane.  Proposed detached garage.
BPC: No objection.
WC: Approved.

S/2012/1221. Orchard House, Bishopstone. Enlarge existing wildlife pond.
BPC: No Objection.
WC: Decision awaited.
