PLANNING MATTERS
Wiltshire Council is the local planning authority for Bishopstone. It produces the development plan for the area (known as the "Core Strategy" in Wiltshire) and takes decisions on planning applications. Under the Town and Country Planning Acts decisions on planning applications have to be in accordance with the development plan, unless material planning considerations indicate otherwise.
